Terms and conditions

Order Processing

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal.

Please be sure to include accurate billing, shipping information, along with a working contact number. Some orders will require additional verification.

Handling Timeframe

Orders are generally processed in 24 to 72 business hours (holidays and weekends not included). The delivery time in transit varies between 3-8 business days for parcel shipped items (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), and 10-21 business days for Freight Shipped items.

Special orders - can take up to 30-120 days prior to shipment. A customer service representative will provide approximate timeframe during the order confirmation process.

Back orders - If an item is back ordered you will be provided the option wait for the item to come back into stock, or cancel for a full refund.

Order Cancellation

A order can be canceled prior to shipment.  However once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled while the item is in transit to the it's ship to destination. Please refer to the Merchandise Return before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items can not be canceled.

Order Error

If merchandise ordered has not been received, please e-mail, or phone with the complete details.

Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearance, Overstock, and liquidation items. Please note: Damaged or mislabeled parts are subject to replacements will be issued a store credit.


The pricing and items in stock are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, Ebiz-Global reserves the right to cancel or refuse the item within the order, or the entire order for a full refund.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. If there is an issue please e-mail with complete details, including pictures, and reason for the return.  A customer representative will review the return request to determine if a return will be accepted.  We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products and all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.  After the return is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and will also be issued a return address. After receiving the RA number, ship the package to Ebiz Global in the original package and in the original condition.  If you are returning an item for a refund, there will be a restocking fee of 25% or $15, whichever is greater. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged and notated at time of delivery. The delivery receipt must indicate that the item arrived damaged and must include signatures of the customer and delivery professional.

Any return or exchange must be notified by phone or email within 72 hours or receipt. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. The product(s) will not be accepted for return if the product has been used, damaged, or modified. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted

The parts must returned in it's original condition.  Altered/Used the parts in any way, they will not be accepted or credited.

Please Note: There are NO returns on special order items, overstock items, or clearance items.

Shipping & Delivery

 After shipping, an e-mail will be sent to you with the information about your package. Please be sure to inspect all packages upon arrival for any damage and note with the delivery driver if damaged.

All shipping prices listed on the site are for continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all international orders please email or call for quotes.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If your shipment happens to arrive damaged, please write "DAMAGED" on the waybill before signing.  Do not take sides as how the item was damaged as it moves through multiple transit hubs prior to arriving to it's intended delivery location.  Failure to do so will result in the insurance claim being denied. The shipping carrier is responsible for reimbursing for damaged goods. 


Aftermarket auto parts do not carry any implied warranty or guarantee.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of your item, you will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (35% on special orders).

Product Disclaimer:

  1. If you modify your vehicle with competition products, it may not meet Federal, local and state requirements for use on public roads. It is up to the customer to comply with all Federal, local and state laws. Using competition products may affect your warranty or insurance.
  2. If damage to the vehicle occurs because of modifications, improper installation or the improper use of the item(s), it will be the responsibility of the customer, and not of the manufacturer, retailer or distributer. There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to driving conditions or unusual use. The customer is responsible for any and all damages, liabilities or repair and service costs incurred.
  3. The customer can only return parts according to the Ebiz Global Return Policy above. And the parts will only be accepted after the rules are followed.
  4. Because all parts are subjective to the owner, Ebiz Global cannot guarantee better performance or ride quality from the customer's vehicle.
  5. Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and modifications may be necessary to assure proper fit. Minor scratches, pitting and cracks are common and disappear after cutting, filling, sanding and finish work. Professional installation is recommended.
  6. All products are sold for show purposes and/or off-road use only. Any damage or injury as a result of improper use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user. Products may require additional materials, accessories, or installation hardware in order to be properly mounted to the intended vehicle. These necessary products may not be included with the product, and lack of inclusion in no way guarantees correct installation with only the product and materials provided.
